Software, Inc., previously known by the trade name Innovative
Solutions & Technologies, Inc., is based in sunny Orlando,
Florida, and has been creating innovative software solutions since
1991.
The name I.S.T.
was changed to FirstPlace Software, Inc. in November of 1997 to
better represent the company's leadership position in the fast
expanding category of Web site promotion software.
