With any promotion package purchased, if, after 180 days, we have not achieved the minimum number of guaranteed listings, we will refund you $60 for each unachieved listing.

Refunds/Cancellations

If no work has begun in fulfilling a promotion order and a refund is requested, a full refund will be provided minus a 10% non-refundable setup fee.

Once work has begun in fulfilling a promotion order and a cancellation and/or refund is requested, a full refund will be provided minus the hourly value of any work that has been started and/or completed; an amount not to exceed the value of the full package purchased. Keyword research maintains a $100 value, Site optimization maintains a $100 value for every 5 pages, Creation of targeted search pages (doorway pages) maintain a value of $100 per page created, Directory submissions maintain a $300 value, Inktomi submissions maintain a $250 value per 15 pages submitted, Promotion URL maintains a $70 value, hosting maintains a $20 value per month, and individual rankings achieved maintain an $60 value each.

If we must issue a cancellation of order due to client non-cooperation regarding any and/or all issues that require client cooperation, the same refund considerations will be made as noted in paragraph above.

Once purchased, month-to-month maintenance cannot be refunded. If maintenance has been purchased in 1-, 3-, 6-, or 12-month discount blocks and a cancellation is requested, we will continue maintenance for the remainder of the actual promotion month and client will be charged the non-discounted rate of all months completed with the remainder to be refunded.

Targeted Search Pages (Doorway Pages)

Any doorway pages created are the sole property of sharewarist.com until promotion package and/or promotion maintenance has been completely fulfilled. In the event of cancellation and/or late or non-payment, we reserves the right to remove from the client server, at any time, any doorway pages that have been created. 

Promotion URL and Hosting

Any URL purchased as part of a promotion package is the sole property of Sharewarist.com until promotion package and/or promotion maintenance has been completely fulfilled. In the event of premature cancellation and/or non-payment, or until completion of promotion package and/or promotion maintenance, we reserves the right to remove and/or redirect URL and its contents until account comes back into good standing. Upon fulfillment of all services by sharewarist.com, and if account is in good standing, Promotion URL will become the property of the client.

Any client pages residing on a promotion URL created and/or edited by sharewarist.com, whether URL was purchased by us or by client, shall be considered Doorway Pages and same considerations shall be given.

Directory Submissions

All directory submissions are subject to the specific submission requirements of the individual directory. We will do its best to verify that your site meets the specific requirements for submission however it is up to the web site owner to ensure that site fully complies with the submission requirements for the Yahoo and/or LookSmart directories before submission occurs.

Sharewarist.com is not responsible for sites that do not meet submission requirements and will provide no refund for rejected submissions.

FTP Access

Sharewarist.com requires each client FTP information and access in order to fulfill any promotion order. Client agrees to provide us necessary information, allowing access to upload Targeted Search Pages (Doorway Pages) and weekly tracking reports and other information necessary in fulfilling promotion order. We will do everything within its power to maintain the security and integrity of the site and the site access information will be kept confidential and secure. We cannot be held responsible and/or liable for any anomalies and/or problems that may occur as a result of normal and/or proper FTP use.

Legal / Collection

If, due to non-payment and/or premature cancellation, We are forced to seek collection, client will be responsible for full amount owed in addition to all fees incurred as a result of the collection action.

In all legal matters that shall arise, opposing party consents to jurisdiction in Sacramento, CA.

Privacy

Your information will not be sold and/or otherwise distributed outside of that which is necessary for proper and effective search engine promotion.
